Q1 . What kind of IR illuminator it use?
A . 850nm IR light.
Q2 . How far out could I pick up a deer or coyote?
A . I use one and you can easily see 300 yards .
Q3 . Does it have a NVG mount skrew on it so it could be mounted on helmets ?
A . It's too big for a helmet mount . But I did mount it on a rifle, and in conjunction with a IR laser designator (bought separately) , it makes a pretty good varmint eliminator .
